Roadguide is an iOS application that provides location-based facts and information during travel. The App uses GPS technology to track your location and delivers personalized historical, fun, and educational facts about the places you pass through.

Key features include:

• • Real-time location tracking for fact delivery
• • Customizable fact categories (historical, fun, weird facts, local legends)
• • Flexible timing intervals (10 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour)
• • Family-friendly content with age-appropriate filtering
• • Offline mode for areas with poor connectivity
• • Integration with Google Maps API, OpenRouter, and Google Gemini TTS

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• • Not interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• • Not use the App while operating a vehicle in a manner that distracts from safe driving
• • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• • Provide accurate information when requested

• • Not share your account with unauthorized users

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Roadguide and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10.
